BIOGRAPHY

Travel has always been a motivator for Karen, and she truly believes that travel really does broaden the mind.

Having lived in and worked in Cyprus and Australia, Karen has also travelled extensively throughout the globe for leisure, favouring destinations such as Europe and USA.

Through her career, she has worked for key industry players such as British Airways as air cabin crew at Heathrow and Gatwick. Other careers have included passenger services agent, working as an independent travel agent, a croupier for a casino in London, customer service and training for a Telecoms company and always in people-focused roles.

Karen is an experienced travel and tourism lecturer with a wealth of knowledge and holds a MSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Working within education has given her the opportunities to inspire others with her experiences of travel.

When not at work, Karen can be found planning her next cruise or travel adventure.
