Affinity Flying Services Limited supports UK military air capability by playing a key part in the seamless progression of pilots through flying training based at RAF Cramwell, Lincolnshire.

Under a landmark partnering programme with the Ministry of Defence, Affinity supplies and maintains three fleets of aircraft within the UK Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS). Affinity support a training pipeline that is more modern, effective and efficient to ensure pilots are better prepared for duty.

Air Salvage International

A world leader in aircraft disassembly – serving the global aviation industry. 

Air Salvage International have been supplying expertly cut aircraft sections (wide and narrow bodied) to colleges and training organisations for more than two decades. Their own in-house fabrication team craft these bespoke sections to satisfy the requirements of their UK and European clients. 

Through their partnership with the Air and Space Institute, they are supplying equipment and expert advice to support the delivery of ASI Newark’s excellent training programmes.

If you work hard, graduate and progress through our training programmes you are entering a very well paid, secure career that will open your horizons to an exciting career in the UK and around the world.

Despite recent events which have seen a downturn in the industry, recovery forecasts predict a return to pre-pandemic employment rates by 2024.

So, by the time you graduate there will be a surge in demand for highly skilled workers in the industry.

And because you have been through ASI (Newark) training and spent a significant amount of time with major employers, you will be at the front of the queue for employment.
