Travel & Tourism Pathway

Our Travel & Tourism pathway is designed to prepare students for a career in the travel and tourism sectors.

Travel & Tourism at ASI offers two programmes across Levels 2 and 3, designed to prepare students for a career in theaviation industry. The aviation industry is a rapidly growing, diverse, and exciting sector, offering a wide range of job opportunities.

The Travel & Tourism Level 2 one-year programme is a great starting point for students who didn't quite get the GCSE grades for the Level 3 Pilot & Aviation Operations course. Build a good foundation of knowledge on this course whilst retaking your GCSE Maths and/or English. Once GCSE grades are secured, Level 2 students can progress to Level 3 programmes.

The Travel and Tourism programme offers a number of optional units, reflecting the diversity of the sector so that learners choose units that relate to a career direction of their choice. Learners may choose to combine units that give them the understanding and skills that apply in the industry, with specialist units related to the job roles that they may want to pursue.
