Krystian started his journey with us on the Pilot Pathway, studying Aviation Operations in 2021, and has now successfully landed a position as a dispatcher with Swissport at East Midlands Airport (EMA), providing ground services and managing an air cargo warehouse.
At the start of his second year at ASI, Krystian aimed to secure a job within Commercial Aviation. Over summer Krystian and a few of his classmates completed work experience at EMA to help enhance their CVs and provide an insight into airport operations and roles.
Krystian helped around at the terminal, preparing people for check ins and security. He was able to gain a great scope of customer service and developed key skills, which pushed him to excel during his Air Training Events (ATEs) enrichment at Nottingham Aerodrome.
Upon graduation, Krystian won the Quiet Tiger Aviation Award for his outstanding work during these ATEs, he even got to fly an aircraft!
